Each session is tailored to your specific needs.  Therapeutic massage is a fusion of all the different techniques and training I have learned over the last 14 years as a massage therapist.  

Therapeutic massage can be relaxing for stress relief, deep work for pain relief, or anywhere in between. The pressure is adjusted to your needs and preference.  The session can be focused on your specific areas of pain, multiple areas, or can be a full body session.

Muscle meltdown is a combo of massage,  cupping, and hot stones.  This is great for tight muscles, areas of tension, stress relief, pain relief, and relaxation! 

Massage cupping  The cupping treatment is amazingly effective for tight muscles! Cupping is very beneficial for plantar fasciitis, tight muscles, scar tissue after surgery, or any area that has restrictions.

IASTM This treatment can be added to any area that you are having pain or restrictions in range of motion. Gentle scraping with tools to increase circulation and reduce adhesions. This is done to your tolerance, it does nor have to be painful to be effective.
